AUTUMN MASTERCLASS - NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2018

WORKSHOP DATES

Wednesday 28th November - Advent Floral Masterclass - The Noah’s Ark, Lurgashall

We have moved the venue for our Masterclasses to the wonderfully cosy and positively delicious Noah’s Ark in Lurgashall to host our daytime classes. The cost of the class will include either a light luncheon or canapes and fizz for the afternoon sessions.

Matthew will work his usual magic to create an Advent inspired display, using a selection of seasonal foliages, berries and festive goodies. We will meet for coffee at 9.30 with the class starting at 10am and will last approximately 2 hour, followed by lunch. The afternoon session will meet at 1.30 to then start again at 2pm.  We will supply all the materials you will need, but please do feel free to bring any foraged bits with you along with an apron. charity event - thursday 29th november, leconfield hall, petworth

in aid of mary how trust

Matthew will be demonstration a range of floral treats, celebrating the build up to Christmas and the Winter Solstice. Profits from the evening will go to the Mary How Trust, tickets are just £10 each. All the arrangements will be raffled at the end of the evening, along with some other wonderful items donated by our friends. Doors open at 7, refreshments available.

CHRISTMAS WORKSHOPS

Wednesday 12th December - Christmas Floral Masterclass - The Noah’s Ark, Lurgashall

MORNING CLASS Matthew will work his usual magic to create an Door Garland which will be made on a foam ring, using a selection of seasonal foliages, berries and festive goodies.

AFTERNOON CLASS Matthew will create a beautiful arrangement that will be suitable for either a mantle, sideboard or refectory table, this will include candles (don’t worry they will be in a glass wind light) again using seasonal foliages, berries and festive goodies.

We will meet for coffee at 9.30 with the class starting at 10am and will last approximately 2 hours, followed by lunch. The afternoon session will meet at 1.30 to then start again at 2pm.  We will supply all the materials you will need, but do bring along with an apron if you wish. Morning Door Garland
Afternoon Festive Arrangement

traditional door garland - evening class

Thursday 13th December - this will be held at Spriggs Florist. We will meet at 6.30 for a glass of fizz, nibbles and jolly good catch up. During the evening Matthew will demonstrate how to make a traditional wire ring based door garland. Using blue spruce, cones, cinnamon as well as many festive bits and pieces that you can choose from. Matthew and the team will be on hand throughout the evening to help you create a your own door garland. We will provide all the materials, just bring along an apron should you wish.
